What could be more romantic than a butterfly wedding? Butterflies area symbol of change and a new beginning.  More and more women today prefer to have butterflies on their wedding day to symbolize their new beginning.  Butterflies add a whimsical touch to a wedding and make it an incredibly romantic theme.

To set the tone of your wedding, you should introduce your whimsical butterfly wedding with the invitation.  Select an elegant butterfly wedding invitation.  There are many different types of cards to choose from.  Many cards offer gorgeous butterflies embossed onto the card.  You can also create your own one of a kind card by attaching a mini nylon butterfly on the card with a ribbon trail under the butterfly to create a butterfly bow. A butterfly wedding theme is simple to create. There are many ways to weave the romantic butterfly theme throughout your wedding. First, decide on the color scheme. Some prefer white butterflies to accentuate their main motif while others choose the color of the butterflies based on the wedding’s color scheme.

A theme could created by decorating the wedding with nylon butterflies suspended in the air. Large hanging butterflies would be perfect for hanging from the ceilings. The pews could be decorated with chiffon gathered together with a butterfly tieback.

If you are having an outdoor wedding, you can create a seating chart along a line with butterfly pins holding up the charts. Attach mini butterflies with ribbons to your champagne glasses.

Nylon butterflies can be attached to just about any favor. Organza bags with nylon butterflies are quite charming. Butterflies attached to bags, boxes, and even seeds would be unforgettable.
